1 Acceptance of Terms

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of q769 or any of its affiliated entities.

q769 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age, identity, and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on q769, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to registration and account management:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Only one (1) account per individual is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same person may all be suspended and associated balances forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

q769 supports a range of PKR-denominated payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfers. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are charged by q769 on PKR transactions.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the q769 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• q769 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where account activity has been flagged for review.
• Deposits made using bonuses or promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

Processing times vary by payment method. q769 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to completed KYC verification and applicable security checks.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

q769 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All such offers are subject to individual terms that are published alongside each promotion. The following general rules apply to all q769 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully verified accounts only. q769 reserves the right to withhold bonus offers from accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on q769 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products on the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. q769 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of clear system error.
• In the event of a technical error or software malfunction that affects a game outcome, q769 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund stakes to the players involved.
• q769 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets at its discretion, including placing maximum win limits on individual accounts or bet types.

• Live sports odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Identified bugs must be reported to q769 support immediately.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, evading account restrictions, or circumventing responsible gaming limits.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any other financially criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Making fraudulent chargebacks through your payment provider after depositing on q769.

8 Responsible Gaming
